Shipping Information

You ordered before 17:00 then your order in most cases the very next day TNT delivered. Do you have specific requirements regarding the shipment, for example, "BMA delivered to neighbors" or "only deliver on Wednesday or Thursday" there is the possibility to indicate this when ordering.

The status of your order, you can track by logging on our site. Also you receive the Track & Trace information sent via email once your order is picked up by TNT.


Shipping on orders placed through this XeloQ WebShop:

-Within the Netherlands:  free shipping (when total order sum is above € 200,-)

-Orders under 200 euros but we charge postage € 6,-

-Outside the Netherlands, but within the EC: € 12.50

Returns or Exchanges

Have you ordered anything wrong, despite the order, or any other reason than you can under certain conditions the order return or exchange.

Returns are accepted if item is undamaged and unused and the original packaging and any seals are also damaged. Send the article including all accessories, within 7 days sealed back of the original invoice / packing list in proper packaging.
